TRX Telecom is certified to support more products than we actually sell so if you need any maintenance, training , or phones moved give us a call.  We are able to support Eminent PBX, ESI, Mitel, NEC, Shoretel, Avaya, Panasonic, and Cisco.  We also offer different varieties and structures of support.  We offer remote support, over-the-phone troubleshooting, as well as sending technicians on-site depending on what is most effective.  The different support plans we offer are yearly contracts, blocks of usable hours, and hourly support.  Prices will vary depending on which plan you decide and what is entailed under the support.
